All payments made to Gray Galaxy are non-refundable.

Once a service, consultation, assessment, or care-related activity has been booked, initiated, or delivered, no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to:

Consultations or appointments
Assessments or reports
Care coordination services
Any digital or AI-assisted services

Reason for This Policy

Gray Galaxy services involve:

Time and availability of healthcare professionals
Care coordination and planning
Technology and system resources allocated upon booking

As these resources are reserved or utilized immediately, refunds are not possible.

Exceptions

No exceptions are made to this policy unless required by applicable law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled, subject to availability and notice requirements
Rescheduling does not qualify for a refund
Any rescheduling terms will be communicated at the time of booking
